OPERATIONAL MODE OF CLINICS - in times of COVID-19
Although wearing a mask or face covering is no longer mandatory, wearing a mask or face covering is recommended:
• immunocompromised persons;
• people whose state of health makes them vulnerable;
• people in close contact with people who are vulnerable because of their state of health or their age;
• people who have recently had COVID-19 or who have had household contact with a case;
• to people who feel the need.
YOUR ACUPUNCTURIST

Wearing a mask by all health professionals is compulsory.

The acupuncturist complies with the policies of the INSPQ and its professional order to ensure your protection. Statements and instructions are therefore subject to change without notice.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
1. Show up for your appointment alone as much as possible.
2. Stick to your appointment time. This time has been given to you specifically to minimize the number of users at the clinic at the same time and in the common areas as much as possible. If you arrive early, stay in your car or ideally outside the clinic.
3. Respect the wearing of a mask at all times: Since April 30, it has been compulsory for users to wear a procedural mask.
4. Respect the physical distance of 2 meters from other users as much as possible.
ARRIVAL AT THE CLINIC

Plan to wear a mask or face cover before entering the clinic.

Wash your hands with soap and water or with a hydroalcoholic gel (70%) for at least 20 sec. ( Guide to Handwashing - Public Health Agency of Canada)

Wait for the reception to be directed in order to avoid moving unnecessarily in the clinic.

Touch as few objects as possible in the clinical environment.
AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

You must come out of the treatment room with your mask on.

You will have to wash your hands before leaving the room or clinic.

Contactless payments and Interac transfers are recommended.

The treatment room and all surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected according to procedures recommended by public health authorities.
